Letter to Family
Thank you for taking your time and reading this letter.
My name is Anna and I am 20 years old. I live in the small village not far from Krakow in
Poland and am studying German and English. I would describe myself as a very ambitious
hardworking and sincere girl.I am enthusiastic about taking up new challenges in life.
Friendly and joyful is what my friends would describe me as.
WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE ME?
I am sure that you wouldn't regret it :)
As an Aupair I want to make my host parents enjoy their life and make them sure that
children are safe while being with me and nothing worse can happen.
My last host mum said that although she had received above 500 messages from other
aupairs, she was really, really happy that she has chosen exacly me.
I am devoted in that what I am doing, I mean caring for kids and what is important - I am
really,really FLEXIBLE and easy-going person.
I worked as an Au Pair last summer in the lovely Family in Berlin. I took care of 4
year-old Ms Sweetheart and 11 year-old Mr Supersport. Ocassionaly there was also 3
step-children with us (Lili(7), Fin(7) Piet(14) )
I helped with preparing breakfast, dinner, taking children to swimming lessons and then
picking them up,taking Lizzy to kindergarten, stimulating them, having fun with them,
doing babysitting, being responsible for them (when we went swimming), bathing and
bedtime. Sometimes I helped also with Leo's homework.
I became a member of this family and I felt like a big sister rather than a strenger, who
had to work. I hope this time will be the same :)
I have had also some infant experience of looking after 4 months Amelia. I see her once or
twice a week and her parents have provided me with a good reference. I have to read her
stories, put her to bed, change her, feed her when her parents go out.
When I am not studying I like running and playing handball. I love also writting.
I will be happy to help your family with some housework like :vacuum cleaning, taking out
rubbish and washing, putting toys and children's things away, ironing ect.
I passed my driving test in December 2009 and I drive a car nearly every day, so i have
got a lot of practice. I would be happy also to drive in your country after some practice.
While doing my driving test I attended also firs-aid course.
If you want I can send you lots of my photos, as well as photos from the last summer - as
I worked as an Aupair in the German family.
If you would like to know any more information about me please feel free to make contact
