IAPO, International Au Pair Organisation, a division of International Cultural Exchange Programs (ICEP), founded in 1986, provides young people with the opportunity to have an unforgettable experience in the UK and the USA as an Au-Pair.

As a non profit making organisation, we aim to give you a very best service you want and place you with a good family you can trust. We placed more than 10,000 aupairs in 18 years and we are aware that your complete satisfaction with our service will be the future to our success.

Our Programs

We currently place au-pairs from many countries with British and American families. We will also place Aupairs with the families in Europe as soon as we finalise our aupair agency network.

Aupair in ENGLAND Program

We deal in Au-Pair placements throughout the United Kingdom – including England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Placements are made via our local agency called Aupair in England.

Aupair USA Program

In the USA, The Department of State established the au pair program in 1986 as an educational and cultural exchange with a strong childcare component. The U.S. government designates six sponsors to carry out the daily operations of the au-pair program and we have been strategic partners of some of those sponsors. Au Pair Europe

We place aupairs in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
