IAPO-International Au Pair Organisation

IAPO (International Au Pair Organisation) has been arranging au pair placements through its international worldwide partners for the last 18 years. Our aim is to improve international understanding of different cultures by promoting au pair programs and solve child-care problems for families by finding the right aupair for them.

For the time being, we are able to place au pairs in families in the UK and USA only. We will start to place au pairs in families in Europe soon after we finalise arrangements with our partner network in Europe.

IAPO provides a unique service and works in a different way from most other companies and organisations as we select our aupairs carefully and place them with carefully screened families through our international partners. This allows us to find the right au pairs for the right families.
