Our Goal:
"Having your children assisted by someone you trust"
An au-pair could make all the difference
to your family life. Wouldn't an extra pair of hands come in handy?
Just think of the peace of mind you will
have knowing that your children are being cared for by a caring adult
in the comfort of your own home. You won't have to rush home or forego
important events because your daycare is closing and you have to pick
up your children.
No more fears of getting behind because of
sudden illness which re quires you to stay home with your children. How
many times have you wanted to go out for dinner but couldn’t find a
sitter? Your au-pair is your personal assistant who will decrease your
overload related to housework and childcare so that you can spend more
time with your children. By having more spare time you will be able to focus
on your children more since your au-pair will take care of the daily
routine.
Your family will also benefit from getting
to know a different culture and living habits.
AuPair in USA
The US Goverment only allows eleven sponsors
to run Au-Pair programs legally in the USA. We are strategic partners
with some of those sponsors. We evaluate the au pair applicants
through face to face interviews and recommend the suitable ones to our
American partners. The placement process is provided by our American
partners.

Support throughout the year
The first few months are especially important for the success of
this cultural exchange. Your Community Representative will lead Aupairs and host families through orientation and communication
activities. Getting on to a good start and establishing open
communication will ensure a successful year. In the beginning many
questions will arise and finding the answer is just a small part of
what the Community Representative will do.
Throughout the 12 month program, Au-Pairs
and families receive continuous support from our sponsors' field staff
and headquarters. Monthly contact is maintained througout the year by
Community Representatives making sure that participants are satisfied
with the program. If difficulties arise, Community Representatives play
an important role in the mediation process interfacing with Aupairs
and host families to find solutions.
